Meet the Team.

Jake Vaughan

Owner

Jake has been with Conservation Plus now for more than four years. When the previous owner Walt Stachowicz headed for retirement, Jake was next in line to receive the status. Jake is currently a director of the Citrus County Building Alliance and was recently nominated “Second Vice President”. He also serves as director on the Citrus Construction Academy committee.

Bradley Hendrickson

Field Inspector

Brad is a Citrus County Native who began his career with Conservation Plus over a year ago. He is currently a Rating Field Inspector and Blower Door Technician. His work ethic and curious mindset has made him a great asset to our team. Nonetheless, he’s still diligently working towards becoming a Class 1 HERS Rater.

Julia Grady

Office Associate

Julia is the most recent addition to the Conservation Plus team as the Office Associate. A recent graduate from the University of Florida’s College of Journalism and Communications, she is now busy learning all about the world of home energy ratings and energy conservation.
